All Rental
Applications must have the following items to be
considered complete & have priority of placement: 1) 1st Months rent check made payable to Long &
Foster Real Estate Inc. (personal check okay). 2) $40 application processing fee for EACH adult to occupy the property. (certified check or cash only) 3) Copy of each adults drivers license (passports for non-US citizens). 4) Proof of income: (ie: 3 recent consecutive paystubs, tax returns etc.). 5) Complete Rental Application. (MUST include accurate contact names and phone numbers for all employers, landlords etc.)
Once all information is complete, fax copies of check
